​​We are currently accepting applications from all creators, crafters, producers, artisans, food trucks, beverage vendors, artists, and everyone in between!

PINE RIDGE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2025!

Vending fees:

-------  General Vendors  -------

(artisans, creators, crafters, artists, etc!)

 

Preferred Vending:   $200 ​​​

  • Vending for all 4 days including camping, electricity, and a preferred spot within higher traffic concert, walkway & entrance areas

 

  • Flat fee includes 10'x10' space and 1 festival pass (add-ons available for  additional space and staff passes)

  • Limited space available

 

*NEW* Courtyard Booth  $150   

  • Same as Preferred - Vending for all 4 days including camping, electricity, and a preferred spot within higher traffic concert, walkway & entrance areas

  • Includes 10'x20' OR 20'x20' space and 2 festival passes

  • Booth must contain some type of immersive, interactive, or engaging component to be considered.  (Be creative!  Similar to the concept of a theme camp; lounges, large art displays, big  immersive tents, activities, etc. are all things we're looking for here!)

  • Limited space available and will be selected per considerations above

 

Base Level Vending:   $150

 

  • Flat fee includes 10'x10' space and 1 festival pass (add-ons available for  additional space and staff passes)

  • Vending for all 4 days including camping

  • Electricity and preferred spot in concert area not guaranteed

 

​​Additional 10x10 space:  $50

 

Additional weekend ticket for staff:  $75

 

Single day vend:   $75

 

  • Includes camping for 1 night only and 1 festival day pass (additional staff must purchase a festival day pass)

  • Electricity and preferred space in concert area not guaranteed

  • 10"x10' spaces only

-------  Food Vendors  -------

  • $300 flat fee includes vending for all 4 days including 3 festival passes, camping, electricity, and a preferred spot within higher traffic concert, walkway & entrance areas​

  • $75 for each additional weekend ticket for staff
     

  • Larger vehicles & vend setups may be subject to an additional fee
